Lakeland Topsy Turvy 15cm Cake Pan

An amateur cook but bought cake tins cos I liked the shapes. I didn't even know a cake recipe but found Lakeland's topsy turvy cake recipe and followed instructions word for word. The cake mixture rose and baked evenly- those tins are brilliant. WOW! The cakes came out perfect! Decorating? Easier than I thought- checked out A few videos online and hey presto! If I can do it trust me anyone can:)

I bought this tin and the next size up on my birthday and immediately baked a chocolate cake. I slacked the tin in warm soapy water first then dried off, greased and lined the bottom only and floured the sides. I had no issues getting the cake out once done and it had cooked all the way through. Would recommend

I used these 3 moulds for a creative cake for a magazine and result was just amazing! Even assembling of 3 cakes was easy and they stay on with no difficulties. Very good quality. I always shop on this site when I want to create something special. Thank you!

I used all three sizes for my 21st Birthday cake and they were incredible!! Cakes came out perfect (adapted the recipe to different flavours) and looked outstanding. Very easy to use and clean.

Overall we were disappointed with these tins, only because they are not as 'topsy turvy' as expected and we still had to increase the gradient on the cakes. I think this is the first time we've ever been disappointed with a lakeland product!!
