The recipe for steaming mugs of thick, creamy hot chocolate couldn’t be easier with this pot, designed especially for us by Chef’n. Firstly, pour your milk into the ceramic pot and warm in the microwave, spoon in your choice of chocolate powder or flakes, then put the lid on, press the button and the patented ‘duo’ whisk will quickly blend it to rich, creamy perfection. Ceramic pot with silicone outer remains cool to touch while insulating to keep your drink warmer for longer.
Requires 2 x AA batteries.

I really love this product, is so easy to use and clean and it works fine. The only thing I don't like is that you have to hold the button the whole time but is not so important.
I was very pleased to have this bought for me at Christmas but if you have arthritic hands it is not suitable. You have to hold down the top to make it work as it does not lock in place. This is not possible if you have pain in the hands and is only suitable for someone with firm hand pressure. Have returned it and waiting for a voucher to allow me to choose something else. The guarantee with second to none, although refund voucher slow to arrive as you cannot get it taken off your new order or an evoucher like you can with most online companies.

I bought the chefn hot chocolate pot because hot chocolate is the only hot drink I have. Overall it's a good product. Sturdy, well made. I liked the idea of real frothy hot choc, but although it does froth a bit it isn't how I imagined. So really it is only a hot pot.

My husband bought this for me as a gift to save on washing up when we make hot chocolate at home - it doesn't fit in the microwave making it unfit for what we bought it for. We've only used it once having gone back to tipping the milk from the pan on the stove straight into the mugs - if I'd wanted a milk whisk I'd have bought one. This should be smaller to fit microwaves whatever size (ours is a standard size one anyway so it seems ridiculous it won't fit inside)

I felt very disappointed with this item. It took a month to arrive and was really not worth the wait. The pot was too big for the microwave and the whisking action very weak. Also no handle makes it very awkward to pour. All in all not a good purchase.
