I was so excited to get his product but it disappointed after the first use. The rice stuck to the bottom. I thought it might be because of the rice I used (basmati) and it was the first time I had used the machine. So I tried again with plain long grain rice but it still stuck to the bottom and the rice was stuck together. I will keep persevering! It also boils over even if you are only using one cup of rice and a cup and a half of water so I sit it on the draining board! I do hope to get it right some day soon!
