I have just used the 4 Christmas cutters with spring plungers. I have to say I was not disappointed. They cut & mark the dough very well & having the Plunger no chance of the dough getting stuck. Shall look forward to making lots of biscuits nearer Christmas so far have only made christmas decorations using salt dough.
These are small but make great mince pie toppers in pastry and also work well with fondant icing for fairy cake decorations. They keep the detail well and are easy to use for a professional finish.
I was excited to purchase these cutters as they are the perfect size to make fondant decorations for my Christmas cupcakes. However I felt they were poor quality & not up to lakelands usual high standards. They felt flimsy & I got very inconsistent results with my fondant.
