I received these as a Christmas gift and used them for the first time last week. I wasn't that impressed with the finished result. Very difficult to fill without getting covered in butter icing. Will try again but first impressions,not great :-/

Thanks for placing your review. A tip for filling the bag is to fill each side of the bag with one spoonful of butter icing at a time gives you equal amounts. Fill the bags to just over half way this helps when you twist the bag to pipe.

Amazing product! I was so pleased to see this product when I wwas browsing on the Lakeland site. I really enjoy baking all types of cakes and often share them around, either to work colleagues or family members. After decorating my cakes with the duo frosting bag which was extremely easy to use and allowed me to create many different 'duo' frosting, I was amazed at the results- they looked just like shop bought cupcakes. I will definitley be buying this product again and so will my colleagues and family. Well worth the price too!

A bit fiddly and took some time to work out how to get the piping nozzle so both sides piped at the same time. I turned the bag inside out and cut some of the centre bag off so the nozzle sat below both sides. I used white and yellow butter cream. Needed more contrast but on the whole worked well. Its a novelty item that does work but there are less fiddly ways to make duel coloured swirls on your cupcakes.
