That’s all about to change with this brand new range of pans, which are crafted from a combination of three materials to provide the ultimate performance: a solid copper outer gives exceptional responsiveness to heat for more sensitive control when cooking; 18/10 cast stainless steel interiors offer superb durability; and an aluminium core ensures the most even heat distribution with fewer hot spots. Moreover, each pan is oven safe to 250°C, and the milk pan and frying pans have a DuPont Platinum Plus non-stick coating inside. Suitable for ALL hobs (except induction).
