Never ones to rest on our laurels here at Lakeland, we’ve found this super silicone helper that will give you faster, healthier roasts. Elevating the bird, joint or fish off the bottom of the pan helps the sides and base brown more easily and efficiently, reduces sticking and means food doesn’t sit in its own fat. Its bendable silicone structure means it can be shaped to fit inside most pans, doesn’t damage non-stick surfaces, and leaves space round about for roasting spuds or veggies, and it makes a handy trivet too.
