Used this chocolate at the weekend to make chocolate fondant puddings. It melted beautifully and was not as bitter as some dark chocolates. Will definitely use in future. Will try it in chocolate icing next time.
Wow, what super chocolate this is. It was perfect in the recipe I had for a decadent rich chocolate wedding cake. Flavour was great and worked superbly
