Hot spot-proof, they have an aluminium base with a stainless steel core, while Circulon’s unique TOTAL® food release system is an incredibly advanced, 3-layer, grooved non-stick coating which offers increased durability, healthier results and effortless clean-up time after time. Metal utensil-friendly too, each pan has a comfortable, stainless steel handle and, helpfully, the lid, which can be purchased separately, fits both the 28cm Frying and Stir Fry Pan.
Suitable for ALL hobs (incl. induction) and oven safe to 180°C.
