A lot of others out there on preserving so I guess nothing new but I found it gave helpful tips, and the recipe ideas are good. Says to use granulated sugar not preserving sugar, wasn't sure but it worked fine. Made mixed berry jam, it's great! Looking at one for peach, raspberry and champagne, yum, also spiced plum and port. Good section on chutneys and relishes, looking at giving mango chutney a go. I do have a life but this preserving bug has bitten I think! Give it a go!
