"MMMmmm Cheese!"

If you've bought the soft cheese book like me then you may like to know that this mould is just the right size for the recipes in the book. Easy to clean too. You use this basket when making the ricotta and fresh white cheese.

"Say Cheese"

These moulds were just what I was looking for and we are well into our cheesemaking. One comment would be that the label stuck to the base on the inside is a bit difficult to remove.
