the embossed bits on these really show up well. ive used them with both ready rolled fondant and marzipan with good results. the only thing i would like different is having an even smaller leaf cutter in the set to go with some tiny flower cutters i have, other that that these are brilliant, and the price was amazing value. ..oh ps ! ....ive just been playing and if you use the small leaf cutter and just put a very small oval piece of fondant near the leaf tip end of the cutter and press it with your finger, then you can pop out a super tiny leaf which is embossed..yay !.. im well pleased now.
