20 Large Vacu-Store Bags

I have found both the small & large Vacu-Store bags to be very useful. They are versatile, easy to use, strong and can be used over and over again. Once air has been removed from the bag they are ideal to use in a freezer as they prevent freezer burn. I also use Foodsaver but do find that it's vacuum is too strong for items like bread and soft fruit. With Vacu-Store bags you can stop removing air when you want to so bread does not become squashed and even soup can be stored in them. Just one request Lakeland can you please make some Extra Large bags for bigger items like a full size loaf?

I'd been using the sturdy airlock bags offered by Lakeland for years but when these were released, I had to try them. Please don't waste your money but purchase the old style (made for the hand pump). I made burgers, and there were a couple left over so put them in the new style bags and grabbed the vacuum pump. After sealing, I went about preparing the grill for cooking. By the time I had done that, I turned round to find the bag had let air in. I used the entire box of bags and still they let the air in! Frustrated, I put the burgers in the old style bags and used the new pump. No problem!
