"great"

just bought this dish delighted with it I have made casseroles and even put roasts in it planning the larger one now

"Lightweight cast Aluminium Casserole"

Absolutely brilliant. Bought one several months ago, a little concerned after reading the review about the handles (and lid knob) getting hot. Yes they do get hot so use an oven glove or cloth.. Just be careful when lifting the lid - the ridges collect a fair amount of water. This can be useful if you find you need to concentrate your meal, if not tip the water back in the casserole not all over the hob as I did at first. The non stick coating is superb and it's so easy to clean. So pleased with this I bought another one a few weeks ago and would buy more if I needed them.

"Happy Cook"

Bought this early in the summer as I was so impressed by the lightness of the pan. The Aga has been out for 2 months and I haven't missed it all, using this casserole on the Lakeland induction plate. Together they've made cooking anything, from slow braising to fast boiling and frying, a breeze. Yes, the handles get hot, but forewarned is forearmed. A great pair of products, and I've just ordered the oval casserole.

"What more could you want..."

Does everything you could want from a lightweight cast aluminium casserole pot. Perfect for making anything and everything that your heart desires. Risottos... check. Curries... check. Casseroles... check. On the hob or in the oven, it works fantastically well and is easy to clean. Highly recommend to anyone who has a kitchen and cooks food.

"Lovely casserole but be warned"

Great little casserole but does not have heat proof handles as I found out the hard way. I do most of my casserole type cooking on my hob and in the past my casseroles have had heat proof handles. Never thought when I used this the first time and burnt my fingers when I moved it on my hob.
