Stainless Steel Ceramica 24cm Frying Pan

I was very surprised to find so many damning reviews of these, in my humble opinion, truly wonderful frying pans. I bought mine in February and have used it three or four times a week since then. It remains in pristine condition and is a joy ro use. No other non stick pan I have had came any where near to it's performance. I note you advised one customer that the pan must be perfectly clean. That any food residue, however small would affect the non stick quality and I can only think it is because I always wipe with a paper towel and rinse before washing in the dishwasher all is well.

I've used this several times and it cooked everything nice and evenly. Thus far nothing has stuck to the pan. My only gripe is that the lip of the pan is quite close to the handle making cleaning that bit difficult - I'm not knocking off a star for that though. The pan has a good weight to it so isn't going to fall off your hob before you put something in it.

We originally bought just a fry pan, we were so impressed with the quality we replaced all our pans with this brand. Probably the best pans we have ever used, never a burn or scald. They never go in the dishwashwer, although they could, but we find them so easy to clean it just takes a soapy dishcloth and they are spotless. Really good pans for going under a hot grill too.

My wife did not like it at first. She said that the pan got too hot (he pan is evidently more efficient than its predecessor). She turned down the heat! She found that it was better to change to a more rigid plastic 'slice'. The hard, beautifully smooth, surface of the pan then came into its own. Food could be handled firmly, orstirred or beaten vigorously, with no fear of damaging the surface. The pan has been well-used but looks like new. We can understand why some people are put off by the difference from Teflon. But like most innovations, a little patience and practice pays dividends.

I bought the set of 3 different sizes of these pans as ceramic frying pans have very good reviews as being non stick and very good quality overall. Moreover, I needed cookware that would work with my induction hob. However, after few times I used them, the non stick just stopped working making me use loads of oil to be able to fry anything on them, whereas ceramic frying pans should use only a little bit of oil or none at all to fry on. I returned all three of them 2 months after purchase. Waste of time and money. I would strongly not recommend this product!
