These little moulds are very good made lemon and poppyseed cakes in them filled them a little more than recommendation so they had a solid bottom rather than the usual hole this allowed the lemon drizzle icing i used to decorate to pool in the bottom of hole mmmmm very easy release an excellent price too

I have just served up a plateful of mini bunds filled with buttercream, raspberry filling and dusted with icing sugar to my very appreciative family. Please, let's have more designs in silicone, they are absolutely smashing!
