As somebody who tries to avoids sugar and fat, I find this really useful when I'm trying to make waistline-friendly, yet flavourful cakes that may be otherwise lacking in bold ingredients. Long story short, my diet chocolate cake comes out very nicely with this, and it's a unique addition to coffee as well. Definitely will buy again.

This extract adds that extra chocolate flavor to anything you are baking. I thoroughly recommend this extract.
Bought this to enhance the flavour of chocolate products but it tastes like chocolate nibs soaked in alcohol which gives it a non chocolatey flavour - I mean you can taste the husk, it is a woody flavour. It is also quite bitter. Long story short, it destroyed the flavour of my cream. Big disappointment but not as big as the cherry natural flavour that I bought on the same day which was completely unacceptable.
