Withstanding temperatures from -30°C up to 350°C, they go from freezer to oven effortlessly and the glaze makes them virtually non-stick so they’re easy to clean – our Buyer Philippa has one that’s 7 years old and it’s still sparkling white! You can cut in the dishes too and, despite being so tough, the porcelain is surprisingly fine, so whatever you’re cooking will crisp up beautifully.
