Cast Aluminium Build
There are many properties of cast aluminium which make it perfect for frying pans, and this pan benefits from them all. While it is incredibly lightweight in the hand, it is also super-durable, and sure to last whatever cooking jobs you throw at it. It also distributes heat incredibly evenly, meaning there are no hot spots and giving you better results.
Two Layers of Non-Stick
For added convenience this frying pan has two layers of a special Ecolon ceramic-based coating inside and out which makes them incredibly non-stick, durable and easy to clean, even after repeated use. Rebecca from our Buying Team fried an egg in one of the pans then showed us the sample and it looked spotless, even before she’d washed it! For even easier cleaning, they’re also safe to go in the dishwasher, and are safe to go in the freezer.

I normally use this pan with a little oil and have found it to be a great non stick frying pan. It is light to hold, but sturdy enough to do a good job. I am very pleased with this product.
I am surprised by the first person's review. I bought this pan for my mother, and have used it myself when visiting, and we are both delighted with it. To be sure not to burn it we never put the temperature very high so it takes a little longer, but nothing sticks and it wipes and washes very easily. Don't know how it performs when hot though ceramic coating should be good.
Never sticks, not too heavy, the handle has never loosened and the non-stick has not come off. Am a keen cook so it gets a lot of use. Only sticks when hasn't been cleaned properly. I clean it with a stainless steel scourer,where necessary,which hasn't damaged the coating.I fry tofu and poach eggs in it,toast seeds and nuts,saute potatoes (wish it was bigger for that job, you can never have too many saute potatoes!)It can go under the grill for frittata/tortilla.Best frying pan I've had- had at least 4 in 30 years.Would give 5 stars if I could say its lasted 20 yrs, 3yr so far and counting.
I have had this pan for about a year, and I use it every day for bacon and egg. I clean it in the dishwasher. It is excellent, but it is necessary to oil it to maintain the non-stick properties; otherwise the egg will stick. But overall I am very pleased with it.
I purchased this pan as a replacement for a small cheap non-stick frying pan I bought for fried eggs about 6 years ago. However, I am extremely disappointed with this new pan as from the very beginning, everything sticks to it and I have found the inside impossible to clean thoroughly.
