Cast Aluminium Build
There are many properties of cast aluminium which make it perfect for frying pans, and this pan benefits from them all. It also distributes heat incredibly evenly, meaning there are no hot spots and giving you better results.
Two Layers of Non-Stick
For added convenience this frying pan has two layers of a special Ecolon ceramic-based coating inside and out which makes them incredibly non-stick, durable and easy to clean, even after repeated use. Rebecca from our Buying Team fried an egg in one of the pans then showed us the sample and it looked spotless, even before she’d washed it! For even easier cleaning, they’re also safe to go in the dishwasher, and are safe to go in the freezer.

I bought this pan mainly for frying eggs and making pancakes. Although it is light to hold, it feels like a well made quality product. I always use with a little oil and have found it to be a great non-stick frying pan. I am very happy with this product.
It's a perfect size for me. Very pleased. Only wish there were other colours. Or perhaps i didn't look hard enough! Thank you Lakeland!

Perfect size to fit on the smallest hob burner. It will be ideal for cooking my fillet steak. Light for my arthritic hands too. just wished it came in different colours e.g terracotta or orange
I bought at the same time as a milk pan and for no other reason than they were both green. I have used it far more frequently than I expected. It is invaluable for frying an egg, small quantities of vegetables to garnish other dishes, etc. Well worth having.
