Marked improvement on my similar, but rusting, peelers.Sharp, well designed and comfortable to use--I must get another in case mine vanishes onto the composte heap!
This is really easy to use and very sharp. Peels thinly. The best peeler I've ever had.
This is a super easy to use peeler particularly on carrots, parsnips, sweet potatoes etc. It takes all pressure off my thumb that I find a bit uncomfortable with a conventional peeler and I can do the job so quickly. It is a bit more awkward on rounder veg but I do what I can with it and then finish with a conventional one only if I have to, so much less use of my thumb as would normally be. I just could not be without this item in my kitchen. It is simply wonderful.
Love this peeler, but I also put it in the dishwasher to find that the blade had snapped. Will have to get another one " note to self Do not put it in the dishwasher"
I've been very happy with my old metal peelers until now. This one is light, easy to use and does a good job of peeling everything I've tried it on except very soft fruit. Still very pleased with it.
