Slicing soft foods, like onions, tomatoes, meat or fish, with precision, the black, mirror-polished blades of these beautiful knives will retain their cutting edge for much longer than conventional, forged steel knives and will rarely, if ever, need sharpening.
Crafted from zirconium ceramic for durability, they will not rust, do not brown fruit or vegetables and are a lightweight joy to handle. Each one is decorated with the Chinese symbol for ceramic along the blade and comes with its own protective sheath.
Take care of your ceramic knives – they should not be bent, dropped, used to crush food, cut bone or frozen food – and they will reward you with many years of effortless slicing.
