Crafted from zirconium ceramic for durability, the mirror-polished blades of our ceramic knives are 50% harder than steel knives, will stay sharp about 10 times longer and probably never need sharpening at all.

I bought the ceramic knife because some of my knives looked as though they had rust marks on them after washing and had lost some of their sharpness. The first time I used this knife I could tell the difference when slicing. There was no need to push or saw, the blade went through so easily no matter what I cut. I shall certainly buy some more. Could be used as steak knives.
Unfortunately the first knife I bought had to be returned due to a fault and I really missed it while waiting for the replacement which goes to show what a great knife this is. It slices effortlessly and despite having a knifeblock of every type/size of knife, I find myself returning to this one time and time again.
Having bought a selection of knives over the years with various claims as to how good they were but the performance fell short, this one exceeded my expectations. In a way I think it is sad I am so pleased to find a knife that will slice even a soft tomato very thinly, onions to make a sauce, peppers, garlic etc without leaving a "squidgy" mess. As good as the vegetable peeler. If it lasts as well as it is working, I will be VERY pleased.
Excellent product superb for all slicing and prep work.
Great knife to use - it's the second one I have bought from you. My only quibble is that the latest knife is supplied with a very thin soft plastic sheath unlike the solid plastic one on the first knife. A small detail but I felt the original was more substantial and offered better protection for the blade.
