About our Ceramic Knife range

Crafted from zirconium ceramic for durability, the mirror-polished blades of our ceramic knives are 50% harder than steel knives, will stay sharp about 10 times longer and probably never need sharpening at all.

Being ceramic, they won’t rust or discolour your fruit or vegetables – which makes them perfect for preparing salads – and, because they’re really light, they’re a joy to handle, too. Each one comes with its own protective sheath.

"Brilliant Veg Knife"

As a paring knife this is one of the best, slices onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and even swede so easily.

"SUPER SHARP"

Great little kitchen knife that cuts through anything. Great for cutting tomatoes with a soft skin it just slices through beautifully.

"Good looking, ok knife"

This is a pretty good knife but not as good as my other knives. It cuts tomatoes finely as stated but I wanted to slash my bread dough before baking. Disappointingly, it dragged the dough and did not cut it I bought three knives and almost gave my `old` ones away. I won`t buy any more and will keep the old ones, which actually perform better

"Beautiful, but..."

The knife is clearly very well made, looks amazing and the soft-to-the-touch handle is very comfortable. But I was very disappointed by how sharp the blade was straight out of the box. My reason for buying a ceramic knife was for the keenness of the cutting edge that they usually have. I don't doubt that this knife will retain its level of sharpness (we have other ceramic knives which are just as sharp as the day we bought them several years ago), but it should have been sharpened to a keener edge.
