The amount of space I've saved in my freezer has been tremendous! It's really easy and quick to use and is lightweight and easy to store when not in use. I agree with all other reviews regarding the size of the bags though. It came with two sets, small and large, and a roll for making your own. The small ones were really useful and the larger ones and the roll (which is the same width as the larger bags) has been great for large quantities of fruit for pies etc but for small portions, the larger bags and the roll are just a waste.
2 FoodSaver Refill Rolls 28cm x 5.5m 5 "Narrow width roll needed." Mr MacNicoll 12 March 2015 I agree with Janice about the need for some choice in bag widths. Much easier to seal the ends of narrower bags and reduces the likelihood of defective seals. This is an excellent product however and reduces freezer burn to nil in my experience. 2 FoodSaver Refill Rolls 28cm x 5.5m 4 "I love this and I'm eating good home cooked food again" Mr Nash 27 September 2016 I'm a keen cook and at last I can store whole home made meals or separate ingredients like meat or fish and just pop in a pan to simmer, steam, or microwave. It's stopped me eating ready meals! Does need a smaller width roll of bags though.
