"5 STAR SERVICE"
While unfortunately I can't recommend the product I want to highlight the excellent customer service I received - it is SECOND to NONE. I brought this thinking it would be a great idea but no way can we get them to look like the picture no matter what we tried. The ice cream melts to quickly so they just become a mess - David sent me some tips but unfortunately we had already tried them - with no success. When I explained this David refunded my money immediately. While I can't recommend the product I would recommend Lakelands to anyone. Thank you again for the excellent service

We suggested the following tips: Most ice creams can be used right out of the freezer.Higher fat ice creams may require five minutes out of the freezer to soften before making the sandwiches.Sandwiches can be made ahead of time, wrapped and frozen for a treat anytime. It could be the ice cream used may need to be fairly solid when trying to 'build'the sandwich tower and may require a few attempts to perfect.
