Fantastic item at a fantastic price. I used this product this morning with fantastic results. Can I use fantastic anymore in this review....I used a recipe from the Hairy Bikers which resulted in a second batch being made. If you are having any doubts go on...buy this product. It light weight but heavy enough to ensure that it is fool proof waffle making.
Bought this waffle recently and used it this morning for the first time. I used the recipe on the box and it was fantastic. I used spray oil on the pan as recommended by another customer and had no problems with the waffles sticking. Yes they had to be turned but that was no problem. My children loved the waffles as did our visitors. I would definitely recommend this product.
The pan was very easy to use, I used the waffle recipe on the box and the waffles were very easy to make. I used spray olive oil to coat the pan, heated it up and cooked them until the top was set, flipped them over with a silicon spatula to cook the underside. I didn't leave the batter to stand for 30 mins as instructed because we were all too impatient, so they didn't rise much, but it spread into the grids perfectly and they were very tasty, I got 24 out of the quantity on the box, no sticking at all. I will be experimenting with different recipes.
Lovely solid pan with good non-stick. Only issue is the fact it's a one sided type. I used the recipe on the box which uses buttermilk. This made a batter that was far too thick and didn't spread into the lattice at all well. This means side two cannot be cooked properly. I tried adding more milk but ended up with soft waffle-shaped pancakes which tasted fine but weren't really waffles. Will be looking for the recipe mentioned by the first review or a two-sided model.

This pan is easy to clean, a bit tricky to use though and it took me quite a lot of wasted waffles to get it right. Once you get the hang of it it works ok. The pan was smaller than expected, making small waffles, and I agree with the previous comments that a different recipe should be included.
