Very disappointed in this toaster. Have to turn the setting to 4 to get any color on the toast.

I paid a lot more money for this toaster a year ago, and I have since returned it to Lakeland, along with the kettle that was from the same range. The toaster was a disappointment to say the least. It did not brown evenly, and it was impossible to get the whole of the bread toasted, despite the fact that I turned the bread around halfway through toasting. Possibly the worst product I have ever purchased from Lakeland with the exception of the kettle from the same range.
