Crafted from molten cast iron, this solid heavyweight dish offers excellent heat distribution, cooking food quickly and evenly, while the vitreous enamel glaze ensures it’s no bother to clean. A cream interior complements the fiery red shade and, thanks to wide handles and a stay-cool top knob, it's easy to handle too.
Suitable for ALL hobs (incl. induction), and can be used under the grill and in the oven up to 200°.

I purchased it as it matched my colour scheme but I simply love it. I have used it a quite few times and the inside cream seems to be discoloured slightly but nothing major. It is a heavy and robust item and keeps food nice and warm on the table.
