"Disapointing"
I bought this products to use on my wedding cake. I had made a fairy castle cake and this product sounded excellent to make it shine and as the picture showed create some stars in silver on the cake. When I applied the product it just looked dirty - as if I had painted grey dust onto the cake. only in bright light and from a cetain angle did it appear silver. It also didnt go on evenly. Luckily I had applied it to an area not easily seen so it didn't ruin the cake. I will not be using it again.

We're sorry this product has not met your expectations.During testing our buying team used ready roll icing and applied the Edible Silk Metallic Light Silver to the icing through a stencil.The amount of dust can affect the depth of the silver.The Edible Silk range can also be painted onto a required surface by mixing with isopropyl alcohol. Once its applied the isopropyl alcohol evaporates leaving the dust painted onto the required surface. We hope you will consider trying this product again with better results.
