A flat colander that won’t take up lots of space in the cupboard. Placed at the base of your kitchen sink, it will catch peelings and food as you prepare, keeping everything together and preventing the plughole from getting blocked. When you’ve finished, just lift the whole thing out to transfer food to a pan or waste to the bin.

recieved this a few days ago and already finding it really useful.I have used it when preparing veg also for cooling veg following blanching prior to freezing.No mess with veg peelings just straight to the bin.It is a good but handy size and well made.Brilliant idea!
what did not I think of this before!! simple , effective, pretty in green, and cheaper than a call out fee from the plumber !
