OXO Good Grips® Adjustable Potato Ricer

I was a bit hesitant to buy this pricey new adjustable OXO ricer, but I'm very pleased with it and have no regrets so far. It helps make a big family-sized bowl of mashed potatoes of almost any texture an easy breezy task. No need to peel potatoes either as the peel will seperate on its own while mashing. It's easy to clean as well. Just wish the round piece that actually presses the potato was made of stainless steel, but it still is an excellent product.

I saw one of these being used by a TV chef and it made perfect mashed potato so incredibly quickly that I thought I had to have one. I liked this product because it gave the option of three different sized holes. It did make the most amazingly perfect mash in a moment. Okay, I had to fill it up a few times to make mash for four people, but it was still quicker than searching out all of the lumps with my hand masher. This is a must have for any kitchen!
