The most versatile dessert-making set we’ve come across, inside the non-stick-coated carbon steel tray sit six ceramic ramekins on a lift-out rack. As well as keeping the ramekins raised off the tray so desserts like crème brûlée cook to perfection, the rack makes it easy to lift them in and out of the hot water. And because the pieces can also be used separately, you can make chilled desserts in the ramekins and traybakes or even a roast joint in the tray!
