I cannot believe the difference these ceramic plates do make. It is like comparing 2nd Division to Premier. No longer will I have to suffer 'Soggy' bases. Excellent does not seem good enough!
Bought these for homemade pizzas but almost had to chip the bases off the plates despite flouring well beforehand. As for the cleaning of them, it's a tad tricky when they can't be submerged in water and half the pizza base is welded on. Returned after one use and as always, Lakeland stood by their no quibble refund policy and were most apologetic.
