These make lovely attractive loaves, but they do stick, leave to get completely cold. I do wish they were easier to remove

Season before each use with a good rub of olive oil. After half a dozen bakes bread will not stick. Do not wash seasoning off - when inside of tins have darkened they are perfect. Happy baking!
After tearing the box to open it I read the instructions and realised like Elly that according to the blurb they could not be used for bread. This rather defeated the whole object in buying them.I thought it worth trying and heated them in a cold oven up bread baking heat first. I allowed them to cool and rubbed them liberally with olive oil. When they were just warm I put in my dough and left them to rise. The dough had previously been left to rise for an hour and had been knocked back before I put it in the tins. When ready I cooked the bread in my usual hot oven.It did not stick.
After looking at these on the web, I purchased these today in store, along side the bread baker. On the way home in the car I read the back of the boxes - these must be put in a cold oven that is allowed to heat. This is not suitable for bread as it should go into a very hot, preheated oven. You would not be able to prove the bread in the pans and use a hot oven, so really not fit for purpose. If I had the option I'd give this product no stars in the ratings. I think there should be a note about this is the blurb on the website. I had to pay another £1.90 for parking to return them.
