I love this cake tin - cakes are easy to get out of it and they look great. The only downside, and its purely me, is I'm having difficulty working out cooking times etc as it is small yet deep. Do you have any tried and tested recipes for this tin?
Baked a Lemon Drizzle cake in this tin and I feel it may have been too heavy a mix. The cake looks very nice with the markings and was easy to get out, its just smaller than usual. Will use a sponge mix next time! Any suggestions?
