Making a refreshing change to the traditional round quiche tin, this hard-wearing Square Quiche and Tart Tin makes for a more unusual way to present your favourite quiche, flan or tart recipe and is also ideal for easy portioning. Loose-based so you can easily lift your creations out in one piece, it has angled, tightly fluted sides to give your sweet or savoury pastry treats a distinctive scalloped edge.

The Square Quiche and Tart Tin can be used with our Lavender and Blueberry Cheesecake recipe.

"Make sure you remove product before slicing!"

This tin is fantastic for making quiches, I made one for a garden party recently. Unfortunately I used a round bladed knife and sliced my quiche before removing it (also did the same with the rectangular tin) and scratched all the base of my tin :( I will be more careful next time and am hoping I will not need to buy more tins because of this.
