Made for sharing, this circular Large Savarin Mould is the perfect size for making a delicious rum baba-style sweet treat for a grown-up get-together. Just right for ring-shaped yeasted cakes flavoured with rum or some other liqueur, it’s ideal for those who like a more challenging cake with a bit more bite. Serves between 6-8 people.

"Ciambella"

This tin is excellent for this Italian cake. I used a little "Cake Release" (from Lakeland) and it came out perfect. The cake was very nice too, I'm told!
