Designed to prevent those irritating dusty circles of salt that get left behind by most salt grinders, this dinky little Salt Mill stands ‘upside-down’ to keep mess to a minimum. The body is clear glass so you can see when it’s time for a top up and the wide neck makes it simple to fill the reservoir.
With a rust-proof ceramic grinding mechanism you can easily switch from coarse to fine to suit your preference.

A brilliant salt mill, you can even grind it to different size grains, and how wonderful it is to have no salt let on the surface the mill was standing on, a really good buy
This mill not only looks really cool, but works nicely and is easy to fill and use. EDIT AFTER 3 MONTHS: I have a 'fancy' (expensive) shiny steel salt mill at home, have had it for years, but though this one doesn't look so fancy, guess what I REALLY love using...
I love the top grinder as it means no more mess on the table. I liked so much I bought a second set of salt and pepper for the motorhome.

I have been so fed up these last few years with my salt and pepper grinders. firstly they did not grind the salt very fine, it came out virtually the same as it went in. They also left a mess all over the table and in the cupboard! Well no more of that for me, I get beautifully ground fine salt and pepper, and no mess. they are a lovely modern design, easy to fill, and hold a good amount, so no need to keep filling them up. I bought the whole set. A very happy customer :)
I saw something similar to this at a restaurant in France and thought 'What a good idea' . So when I saw them at Lakeland I bought both the salt and pepper mill. The usual mills leave a residue wherever you place them, and I have a wooden rest for those on the dining table. But these mills can be turned upside down after use (you can adjust the grinder from fine to course). It's something that I would buy as a present and I am thinking of buying the spice mill as a present - for myself.
