Cast Aluminium Build
There are many properties of cast aluminium which make it perfect for frying pans, and this pan benefits from them all. While it is incredibly lightweight in the hand, it is also super-durable, and sure to last whatever cooking jobs you throw at it. It also distributes heat incredibly evenly, meaning there are no hot spots and giving you better results.
Two Layers of Non-Stick
For added convenience this frying pan has two layers of a special Ecolon ceramic-based coating inside and out which makes them incredibly non-stick, durable and easy to clean, even after repeated use. Rebecca from our Buying Team fried an egg in one of the pans then showed us the sample and it looked spotless, even before she’d washed it! For even easier cleaning, they’re also safe to go in the dishwasher, and are safe to go in the freezer.

This is a very versatile piece of equipment. I use it more as an omelette pan than a pancake pan. I have recently bought an omelet which fits better in this pan as opposed to an ordinary frying. This is also an excellent piece of kitchen equipment for anyone like me ends up with omelettes looking more like scrambled eggs!
Literally just bought this pan this morning and have come home and used it, I am very very pleased with it and happy to recommend as a great purchase.
This pan has an amazing non-stick coating on it so really doesn't need need any greasing, and washing it afterwards is a doddle. Pancakes cooked very evenly as well, so all in all, very happy with the purchase! I would certainly recommend it!
I was glad to take advantage of the recent half price offer. I can honestly say that this is the best pancake pan I have ever used. For its first use I did rub a little oil on it but this was unnecessary, the whole batch turned out really well - no sticking and a lovely golden brown all over. I am very tempted to buy more from the range, the only disappointment being that it is apparently not suitable for induction hobs, I was planning to get one of those later on this year. But this little pan still earns 5 stars from me for being superb.
Bought on Wednesday used on Thursday and my husband wants me to use it again soon, so easy a ladle full of batter and swirl it around and flip it over and your done.
