Peter Sidwell, of TV’s “Lakes on a Plate” fame, has teamed up with bread-making specialists Wright’s to bring us this ready-to-use pumpkin bread mix created from the best quality flours and ingredients. With 5 individual mixes included, each makes either a 1kg (2lb) loaf or 10 rolls – all you need to do is add water, and either make it by hand or pop it in your bread maker. If you need less, just divide up the mixture.

First time of trying our new bread maker, and a bread mix. This was so easy to use, just add the correct amount of water and of it went. The bread was so delicious, the pumpkin seeds added a lovely crunch. Very surprised how well it turned out, will definitely be trying the other breads in the range.
I have made my own bread for years, but had not used a mix before. This is excellent. It is very easy to use, and the resulting bread has a good texture with a nutty taste. I have been making two packs up at a time, which gives me enough dough for a large loaf and half a dozen buns. I don't have a breadmaker, so I can't comment on that, but making it by hand takes very little time.
Really lovely bread - soft, light and perfect results every time - this will be my third order!
Delicious bread. Easy to make - mix mine in my stand mixer and baked in a 2lb loaf tin. Hope it comes back into stock as I would definitely buy again.

Regularly make bread by hand and by machine so was really looking forward to trying this mix. Gave one pack to my daughter to try using her machine and I made mine by hand. Both agreed it was dreadful - very dry and tasteless. Both threw it away - even the birds turned up their noses at it! Not usual Lakeland standard.
