Peter Sidwell, of TV’s "Lakes on a Plate" fame, has teamed up with bread-making specialists Wright’s to bring us this ready-to-use brioche mix created from the best quality flours and ingredients. With 5 individual mixes included, each makes either a 1kg (2lb) loaf or 10 rolls – all you need to do is add water and either make it by hand or pop it in your bread maker. If you need less, just divide up the mixture.

Whether it’s a Sunday morning treat, a batch of buns for your barbecued burgers, or finished with a generous dollop of ice cream, there is sure to be plenty of deliciously buttery brioche to keep the whole family well fed and happy.
