Decorate cakes as easily as writing with a pen. None of us could resist having a go when the Buying Team showed us their latest icing find – an ingenious device that makes cake decorating smoother than ever, with an ergonomic ‘pen’ handle that is comfortable to hold and easy to use.

Without the hard work of squeezing that’s usually required when icing, it’s ideal for beginners too, as controlling the flow is easier, so it’s much simpler to perfect your design – good news when it comes to icing neat messages on to cakes! Includes 2 disposable bags, 2 plastic couplers and 2 writing tips – 1 universal applicator.

Can be used with any standard piping bag and all size nozzles.

Easy to use -

trim the bag
insert inner coupler, fit the tip, screw on coupler cap
fill bag 2/3 full, fit into ‘pen’ handle
twist top of bag, pop on handle lever & you’re ready to ice!

"so easy to use"

bought one of these to write on my grandsons 21st birthday cake - I was amazed that it was so easy to use and you could even read the message on his cake.

Great gadget and so easy to use and my results on my gingerbread house were excellent with it. I would thoroughly recommend it.

I have always struggled to write messages legibly with an icing set so thought I would try this, it was well worth in the investement, it is much easier to control the flow of the icing with this device and I have manage to type Happy Mother's day on a cupcake on my first attempt so I am well pleased . I went on a cupcake course to learn decorating but due to problems with arthritis in my hands I kept shaking when trying to use the piping bag, however I have discovered the Deco Pen and my what a difference to my cake decorating, cannot praise it enough has made a real difference and so quick and easy to use. So if you have a problem with holding the piping bag then do try this item you will be pleasantly surprised.
