Designed for practicality, the simple ratchet mechanism makes it easy to use with remarkably little effort, pushing the food forward gradually, while two interchangeable stainless steel blades let you choose between thick or thin chips.

When it comes to dicing, just attach the knife guide so you can chop uniform cubes. Great too for quick prep of most root veg for soups, stews and pies, or apples and pears for salads and desserts. It also has non-slip feet to keep it firmly in place while you’re using it.
