"fantastic"
I love this item. Great for eclairs and smallish rolls. BUT are Lakeland going to make paper cases for the eclairs. Flattened round ones just dont look right. Just off to order the tart and tartlet cases now.

Perfobake Oval Pastry Tray
Product number: 15812
Ever turned out a too-pale flan case, or a French stick lacking a little crunch? We’re proud to introduce our brand new perforated baking range, which takes the benefits of flexible, non-stick silicone bakeware to a whole new level. Each piece is micro-perforated for increased air flow so moisture can escape, which allows for bread and pastry to be cooked evenly with a crispier surface, ensuring bakery-fresh results every time. Combined with silicone’s easy-to-clean and easy-to-store nature, PerfoBake is a real joy to bake with.
Perfect for creating half a dozen crisp pastry cases or delicious éclairs.

I bought the oval pastry tray to make gluten and wheat free bread in for our son. It makes rather good hot dog style rolls . At first I thought the batter style mix woud drop through the perforations but it doesn't. Our son loves them with sausages in. I will be buying another tray for batch cooking. Thanyou Lakeland !
Used this a couple of times now to make eclairs. The choux pastry is a definite improvement over using a metal tray but my husband thinks the pattern created on the base of his eclairs - little squares is rather amusing !
