It may be mini in size, but it’s got a maxi attitude to work and is set to become indispensible on the worktop. Thanks to the patented reversible blade and motor, you can chop and grind in the same machine, without the bother of having to swap over blades.

The sharp, curved edge of the blade chops through garlic, onions, spices and herbs, as well as puréeing sauces, dips, drinks and baby food, while the ‘blunt’ side grinds chocolate, nuts, pepper and coffee. The lid also has holes so you can drizzle liquid in.

"Cuisinart have come up trumps again."

I have just purchased a mini processor plus and it is of the standard you can expect from Cuisinart. Top rate. Just one problem getting started and this was my fault. I could not get it to go although I had made sure both base and lid were secure. There are two places you can lock the lid but it only works if you put the long flap at 1 oclock/2 oclock position. It will not work otherwise. I spoke to Tim at Lakeland and he guided me through the procedure. Thanks Tim. I think Lakeland are fab. Nothing is too much trouble for them.I will certainly shop with them again.
