These bakers moulds are such a good idea. They are non-stick and so easy to use. Please Please make them available very soon.

I used these to make individual Christmas cakes and they turned out brilliantly. The cakes kept well, although adding the brandy and having to unwrap 24 cakes was a bit time consuming albeit well worth the effort. It meant that I could marzipan (or not) and decorate to individual tastes and when put in an oblong presentation box (for mince pies and takes 3 of these wonderfully) they looked very professional. Tip though, you do need to use a cake release spray otherwise the cake mix does stick to the cases :-)

I used these to make individual 'Eve's Puddings' as a first time trial. I open froze them on a tray before storing in the freeze. (They fit neatly - 6 to a Size 4 gusseted bag). Before using, I removed the mould to find a perfectly shaped pudding with no 'bits' sticking to the sides and very professional looking. I've now thought of a hundred and one uses for them, starting with individual carrot cake, chocolate cake etc to take when I'm visiting friends. I'm just off to order several more packs. Well worth the price!!!!!
