Creating perfect rolled omelettes, this dedicated cast aluminium pan cooks quickly and has a divide to help with rolling. Pour whisked egg into the first well, then tilt the pan to spread into the second. You’ll get great results every time, as sure as eggs is eggs. Makes a 3-egg omelette.
