Honeycomb Pan

I love this pan! I made a chocolate courgette mix in it, which came out fudgy and moist (and counts as one of your five a day!). The quality of the pan is superb, it's expensive but will last a lifetime and will be passed on through the generations, you can feel the quality of it when you pick it up. Great as a "presentation piece" - you will get lots of wows! when you bring it out, but then it breaks apart easily for sharing as individual muffin sized chunks. Totally recommended.

Bought this for my Mum, my Dad is a beekeeper and she has made several really delicious cakes using this wonderful pan and honey from my Dad's bees. Everyone is always very complimentary about the cakes and she is over the moon with the pan - expensive, but worth it!

What a fab cake tin such fun and no need for knives as it really does pull apart. I used the provided recipe the first time I used this tin and although it got a thumbs up from my family they did say that as they were getting to the end it was a bit dry. I now only use the tin for bigger gatherings and just use a 4 egg lemon cake mix. The tin is great and with quick cake release comes out no problem, it is a bit fiddly to wash getting in all the nooks and crannies but definitely worth the results and positive comments. The tin is sturdy and will last a lifetime.
