I have a small oven with full size trays which should be non-stick - they are not. I bought one of these mats to put on the tray instead of using foil or baking parchment. They are great - nothing sticks at all. They are also very easy to clean. I will be buying a couple more.
we bought this product at christmas and had fun with it making cookies and they just slide off like a penguin on ice
